Sales Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Chief Sales Strategist. As a member of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads from scratch using available resources like LinkedIn, Google, exhibitions, etc. You will be responsible for inside sales and end-to-end selling, including client prospecting, engagement, and deal closure. You will negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, research customer segments, clients, and strategies to increase qualified leads, identify key stakeholders (CXOs/decision makers) of the target market, build rapport through continuous communications via telephone/email, coordinate with sales and technical teams to provide the right solution, and write reports to document current and projected metrics, market conditions, and risks.
Requirements
- Good communication and exceptional experience in cold calling and outbound sales in the USA region.
- Experience in pitching services to top management & decision makers.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lead generation and sales, preferably for software development services (development, quality assurance, RPA, RFID, etc.).
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Strong focus on continuous learning.
