The role of a Marketing Development Professional involves spearheading the overall marketing strategy to establish and build brand recognition. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social media channels.
- Manage and create engaging content across various social media platforms, including X, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Oversee traditional and digital advertising efforts to achieve marketing objectives.
- Assist in key projects and provide administrative support as a management assistant.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ADOBE SUITE (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After Effects) is preferred.
- Knowledge of META suite (Facebook & Instagram), Sales Navigator is also preferred.
- HTML knowledge for creating mailing layouts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential, both verbal and written.
- A management graduate with a marketing specialization is preferred, but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field is desired, but freshers can also apply.
