We are currently seeking a passionate, user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team in creating visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into seamless user experiences through design expertise.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with practicality.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Develop intuitive UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.) with attention to detail, leveraging design best practices.
  • Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions, ensuring data-driven insights inform design choices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from idea generation to delivery, fostering open communication and problem-solving.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance, prioritizing user experience and technical feasibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, AI-driven design tools, and best practices, applying continuous learning to enhance design expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD), with the ability to adapt to new design tools.
  • Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with dev teams, ensuring seamless design implementation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer AI, Galileo AI) is a plus, indicating adaptability to emerging design technologies.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for typography, spacing, and color theory, bringing visual flair to design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions, effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
