Job Title

Technical Leader & AI Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our team as an AI Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge data systems that enable seamless integration across distributed systems and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Data Systems: Develop scalable, production-grade data systems using technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg, and Airflow.
  • Lead LLM Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Large Language Model (LLM) architecture, including embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
  • Develop ML Pipelines: Design and implement Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, inference runtimes, and data retrieval frameworks using programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, and AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • RESTful APIs: Build scalable, production-grade RESTful APIs that enable seamless integration across distributed systems and AI-powered applications.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In data architecture, distributed systems, or ML platform engineering.
  • Deep Understanding: Of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong Communication Skills: And a track record of delivering complex systems in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LLM Orchestration: Working with LLM orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering strategies.
  • Familiarity with Open-Source Projects: Such as LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and ReAct-based agent architectures.
