Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various projects.

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to analyze data, maps, and reports.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to coordinate project progress.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools for planning and design.
  • Ensure all works comply with regulatory requirements, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and government authorities.
  • Resolve any design or construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent).
  • Valid professional engineering license (preferred or as per local regulations).
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
