Artificial Intelligence Technical Lead

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technical Lead to spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge AI applications with Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Python programming, LLM integration, and RAG pipeline architecture.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Develop and integrate high-quality AI applications using LLMs and Python-based frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs for AI features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production, prioritizing performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security.
- Stay updated on emerging AI/LLM advancements and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have:
\- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask), with experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices.
- Solid experience with LLM integration (OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Understanding of RAG pipelines, including vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Optional skills include:
\- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.
- Experience with agentic AI or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
