Leadership Opportunity

As a senior director, you will spearhead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Oversee the entire media planning process from brief to execution, ensuring alignment among teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate media effectiveness, provide recommendations, and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Guide campaigns across markets and channels, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Collaborative Team Management
  • You will collaborate with creative, analytics, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with broader campaign goals.
  • Present strategic plans and recommendations to senior leadership and client teams.
  • Establish trusted relationships with vendors, platforms, and external partners to enhance media capabilities.
Team Development & Process Governance
  • Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing media planning team.
  • Foster knowledge-sharing, innovation, and professional growth across the media planning function.
  • Develop and implement effective processes, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of media planning experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated media planning, digital and traditional channels, and measurement tools.
  • Proven experience managing complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with media buying platforms, planning tools, and reporting dashboards.
