Job Title: Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training batches, providing feedback and coaching agents on process, quality and best practices, as well as conducting training sessions and performance assessments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training batches with a 1:20 ratio
  • Provide feedback and coaching on process, quality and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines
  • Perform performance assessments of trainees during tests
  • Maintain database management, Tbase, daily reports and analysis
  • Motivate associates through effective management, career development and implementation of reporting mechanisms
  • Process transactions on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by the process
  • Maintain competency by undergoing TTT certification, get certified on new products and known the training phase
  • Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions & track performance


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc
  • Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies
  • Result oriented and client focused
  • Feedback and Coaching skills
  • Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized


Selection Criteria:

  • Must be Graduate in any stream. Shouldn't be enrolled in any regular course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Should be a citizen of India or should be allowed to work in India
  • Should be above the age of 18 Years
