Job Title:

Audit Manager - Financial Crime Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Audit Manager - Financial Crime Specialist is to oversee and execute all audit engagements assigned by senior leadership. This role includes participating in annual planning processes, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of financial crime risk universe, and possessing subject matter expertise across various program components.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with Head of Audit to manage the financial crime audit portfolio, identify risk areas, and develop strategies for engagement planning and execution.
  • Take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility during the audit engagement and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning engagements by identifying key risk factors and producing high-quality Audit Planning Documentation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in financial crime internal audit with a global perspective across different countries, lines of business, and product areas.
  • Professional certifications related to financial crime are preferred.
  • Passion for Internal Audit and AML/Financial Crime risk management is essential.
