Key Responsibilities:

  4. Drive revenue growth while ensuring client profitability and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equity dealing with an Indian broking firm.
  • Hands-on experience in broking with a solid understanding of financial products and market trends.
  • NISM Series VIII certification is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong expertise in client acquisition, retention strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the broking industry is essential.
