Job Title: Lead Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Design Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-complexity architectural design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with concept design teams to develop innovative and feasible design solutions.
  • Guide the refinement of selected design options into detailed designs, including drawings and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to review and validate design deliverables for medium to high-complexity projects.
  • Support the quantity surveying department in developing tender documents and provide assistance during the tender process.
  • Review design deliverables, conduct detailed checks, and issue checking reports for medium-complexity projects.
  • Assist project managers in developing work programs, managing project scope, schedule, and budgets.
  • Support project managers in managing project contractual risks, external suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
  • Master's degree in architecture or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in architectural design.
  • Strong experience in developing architectural designs for large complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge and track record in architectural design.
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • Exposure to global best practices and trends in architectural design.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Software Knowledge:

  • Revit Architecture.
  • BIM 360.
  • AutoCAD.
  • MS Office.
