Job Title: Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform painting, carpentry, and minor masonry work as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
