Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Medical Data Review Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data review teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables in accordance with client requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in medical data review
- Lead data review teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data sciences, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in a matrix team environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- MBBS or MD with 2+ years of work experience
- Experience in clinical data sciences at a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or other medical environment
- Proven leadership experience with ability to motivate and guide teams
