We specialize in implementing real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions for manufacturing operations. We provide expertise in OT systems integration with enterprise IT systems.

Our team of engineers is proficient in developing and maintaining secure data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.

We work closely with clients to ensure seamless system capabilities alignment with production and business needs. Our technical leadership guides on Industry 4.0 and predictive analytics initiatives.

We troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SCADA/MES deployments to minimize downtime. Our engineers mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration and deployment of SCADA and MES applications.
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain secure data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases for high availability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies.
  • REST APIs for system interconnectivity.
  • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication.
  • OPC UA for industrial interoperability.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLC, SCADA, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards (ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for SCADA/MES deployments.
  • Experience in working on large-scale digital transformation Industry 4.0 projects.
  • Certifications (Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA, or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications).
