Senior SAP Basis Administrator

This is a senior-level position for a highly skilled SAP Basis administrator who can lead and manage shift operations for a team of 10–15 SAP Basis consultants.

  • Manage end-to-end SAP Basis administration, team leadership, and operational excellence in a 24x7 environment
  • Drive incident and change management in line with ITIL practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure planning, system sizing, HA/DR strategies

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. They must be self-driven with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

  • Required Skills:
    • Expertise in SAP Basis (ABAP + Java Stack), FRUN, Cloud ALM, Solution Manager
    • OS: Unix/Linux/Windows; DB: HANA, ASE, Oracle, DB2, MaxDB
    • Strong hands-on with SAP installations, refreshes, upgrades, and patches
  • Desired Profile:
    • 6–8 years of relevant SAP Basis experience
    • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
    • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project basics
