Job Title: Offshore Copado Robotic Testing Engineer with Selenium

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our automated testing initiatives. As an offshore Copado Robotic Testing Engineer, you will design, develop and maintain complex test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.

  • Develop and execute automated test plans for Salesforce and integrated applications using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  • Create and manage custom scripts in QWords for reusable, modular, and scalable test automation.
  • Strong understanding of web automation concepts including XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and dynamic elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS testing initiatives.
  • Integrate Selenium-based tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compatibility with CRT frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing, preferably version 3 or higher.
  • 3+ years of strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing scripts in QWords.
  • Proficiency in live testing, UI recording, and debugging test flows.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based testing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
