Senior Innovation Director

We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Leader to head our Quartz Stone Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire R&D process, from raw material testing to new product design development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing and evaluation of all incoming raw materials, including grit, fillers, resins, chemicals, and pigments.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for raw material testing and new design development.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of resin and fillers across all defined parameters.
• Develop new shades, formulations, and innovative product lines aligned with market trends.
• Strategically plan raw material and pigment requirements.
• Monitor contamination control and process stability across operations.
• Validate shade, grit structure, and material quality during production.
• Maintain comprehensive product test reports and quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong domain expertise in quartz raw materials, formulations, and product testing.
• Proven capability in new product development, shade innovation, and design exploration.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to lead trials and implement process improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with production and quality teams.
• High attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: 10-12 years of progressive R&D experience in the Quartz industry.
