Job Overview

RISO Intelligence is seeking a skilled Analyst to contribute to our multidisciplinary team. As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting data-driven solutions that offer actionable insights for various clients.

This position offers excellent exposure to diverse development sector projects including research, monitoring & evaluation, digital solutions, and policy analysis across domains like education, health, environment, and rural development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies, leveraging your analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Support policy analysis and research publication development, collaborating with senior team members to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our findings.
  • Prepare research briefs and summary reports, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.
  • Support needs assessment studies and impact evaluations, applying your knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
Data Management & Visualization:
  • Assist in survey design and data collection tool development, utilizing your expertise in data collection and analysis.
  • Help maintain project databases and documentation, ensuring seamless data management and efficient workflow.
Content Development & Social Media Support:
  • Assist in creating IEC materials, developing engaging content for various audiences.
  • Support script development for awareness content, bringing ideas to life through compelling narratives.
  • Help in documentation of success stories and case studies, highlighting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Create engaging social media content for various platforms, leveraging your creativity to reach new heights.
  • Assist in social media posting and community engagement activities, fostering a strong online presence.
  • Support development of visual content and infographics for various platforms, using data visualization to tell a story.
Project Support:
  • Provide research support to senior team members, working collaboratively to drive project success.
  • Assist in client presentation preparation, helping to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Support field survey coordination and data collection, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Help in project documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality outputs.
