Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Our ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, with expertise in the Microsoft suite of products, including MS-Access, SQL Server, and Visual Basic. Experience in building applications using Appian as a Low Code No Code solution is also necessary. Additionally, knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Batch programming would be an asset.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Agile development methodologies and be able to work effectively in a distributed team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to think creatively and innovate when needed.

As a Software Development Expert, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and developing new applications to maintaining and upgrading existing ones. You will be working closely with our offshore team, business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in the Microsoft suite of products, including MS-Access, SQL Server, and Visual Basic
  • Experience in building applications using Appian as a Low Code No Code solution
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Batch programming
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies
