- Collaborate with HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation-related issues.
- Analyze C&B data to inform strategic decisions.
Overssee employee benefits programs, manage vendors, and ensure seamless delivery of health, insurance, and retirement plans.
Compliance & Policy Development:Maintain adherence to local labor laws and develop/uphold compensation and benefits policies.
Employee Communication:Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and enhance transparency regarding total rewards programs.
Collaboration:Work with HR, finance, and leadership to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
