Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide data-driven suggestions for improvement.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow based on observations and learning.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in web development to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma to streamline workflow and improve collaboration.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking to measure campaign success.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript to ensure seamless integration.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance productivity.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
