Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web UX Designer to join our team at Intelliassist. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly web experiences that meet the needs of our users.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing user-centered web interfaces to collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design User-Centered Web Experiences: Conceptualize and design responsive, visually appealing, and optimized web interfaces.
  • Conduct User Research: Perform research to understand user needs and pain points, create personas, and develop user journey maps.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate user flows and web page layouts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and content strategists to implement designs and ensure they function as intended.
  • Usability Testing & Feedback Integration: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Adopt a Mobile-First Approach: Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are current and effective.
  • Create and Maintain Design Systems: Establish and maintain UI/UX standards, design systems, and style guides to ensure design consistency across web projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Additionally, you should have proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript principles for better collaboration with developers is also required.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 per year
