The role of the Technical Business Analyst - Data Scientist is to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business issues using data-driven insights.
This position requires a high degree of initiative, analytical skills, and technical expertise in working with large datasets and complex systems. The successful candidate will have experience in Alteryx, SQL, MySQL, Python, Tableau, and other relevant tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incidents for Mosaic solutions and strive for resolution within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), responsible for resolving incidents and communicating incident status to stakeholders.
- Monitor the team's tickets queue, self-assign tickets, or work on tickets assigned by the Service Controller.
The ideal candidate will possess strong development background, with minimum 5 years' experience in sustain teams, offshore projects, process flow, data flow, and integration as critical components. A good understanding of ITIL methodology, financial closing, and forecasting processes is also essential.
Qualifications- University education (BS/BA level) or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Alteryx and 6+ years in Information Technology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with verbal and written communication abilities, stakeholder management, and project management knowledge. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused are also required.
