Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our global Business Development team as an Investment Solutions Specialist.

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to combine investment knowledge, analytical skills, and client service orientation in a collaborative environment.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of investment strategies and play a key role in supporting client engagement efforts across regions.

  • Partner with global teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests.
  • Coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.
  • Support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Manage and maintain consultant and sales databases (e.g., performance data, flows, product information).
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Client Presentations and Materials: Prepare and review client presentations, pitchbooks, and other review materials.
  • RFPs and DDQs: Assist in drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
  • Research and Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.
  • Client Meetings and Calls: Support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Databases and Reporting: Manage and maintain consultant and sales databases, including performance data, flows, and product information.
  • Analytical Support: Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0.6 –3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
