Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meeting with the business or Project teams to identify the scope and requirements.
  • Thoroughly understand business and infrastructure to develop effective test strategies.
  • Communicate with business/development team managers regularly to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare Non-Functional Requirement Document and performance test strategy.
  • Develop and execute performance tests using LoadRunner, Neo Load, and other tools.
  • Design and implement workload models to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Monitor and analyze performance test results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders to secure approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing, preferably with LoadRunner and Neo Load.

• Strong understanding of performance testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working with onsite/offshore models is a plus.
