Job Title:

AI Innovation Lead

As an AI innovation lead, you will be responsible for driving cutting-edge AI projects that have real-world impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of ML engineers and data scientists, architecting and developing AI models, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop AI models: Design and implement AI/ML models into production-ready systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience: 5+ years of experience in leadership roles with 2+ years in machine learning/data science.
  • Technical expertise: Proven expertise in multiple machine learning domains, including regression, classification, time series, and geospatial AI.
  • Programming skills: Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
  • Integration experience: Experience integrating machine learning into real-world products.
