Legal Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to spearhead our legal and regulatory affairs. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional with expertise in commercial agreements, corporate governance, and compliance.

  • Deliver top-notch advisory services on commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing complex contracts.
  • Provide expert support on general corporate legal matters, leveraging a deep understanding of the Indian Companies Act and related regulations.
  • Develop and implement efficient contract negotiation and management processes, utilizing standard form agreements and legal databases.
  • Lead communication strategies to ensure seamless messaging across stakeholders.
  • Engage proactively with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be a Law Graduate from a recognized university, with 3-5 years post-qualification experience preferably from a law firm. A strong background in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential. Candidates with prior exposure to debt transactions and the fintech/banking sector will be given preference. Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance is necessary. A proactive and collaborative individual who can engage effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate confidently with regulatory bodies is required.
