Key Account Manager Opportunity

This role is responsible for managing key clients, including high net worth individuals and ultra high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios and products to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer and commercial banking products to showcase them to existing and potential key clients
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services by channelizing self and customer feedback
  • Maintain compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements
Requirements:
  • A strong working knowledge of client portfolios and products
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to shifting customer expectations
  • Strong understanding of personal banking and wealth management products

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities to grow their business. You will work closely with our Corporate and Institutional Banking team to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships.
