About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at TMRW House of Brands. As a key member of our Rewards function, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive compensation and rewards strategies, policies, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Compensation Programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels, benefits, and incentive structures against industry standards and competitors.
  • Collaborate with senior management, finance, and HR business partners to design and implement annual compensation and benefits plans.
  • Liaison with Talent Acquisition to design salary offers, hiring grids, compensation fitment, and offer rollouts.
  • Manage the hiring process from a compensation point of view and undertake post-hiring analysis and audit.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, including job evaluation, job leveling, organizational design, salary benchmarking, and merit increase recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters, including organizational design, salary bands, and incentive plans.
  • Manage the administration of variable pay programs, such as annual bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentive plans.
  • Analyze compensation and rewards data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the total rewards offerings available to them.
  • Lead special compensation projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructurings, and job grading initiatives.
