Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description:

As a senior instrumentation engineer, you will play a critical role in the preparation of design deliverables, including Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control system. You will be responsible for creating specifications, instrument index and I/O list, functional loop schematics, and logic diagrams, inst. datasheets.

Installation drawings and hookups, inst. location lay outs, cable tray lay outs, control room lay outs, cable and junction box schedule, wiring and interconnection drawings, loop wiring diagram, MTO, construction/erection tender, CAPEX support etc.

You will also work on interdisciplinary activities such as P&ID review and update, 3D Model review, IDR/IDC, cable tray layouts, equipment layouts, instrumentation layout.

Hands-on experience in design calculations is required, including instrument sizing, control valve sizing, flow meter sizing, safety valve sizing, air and power consumption calculations, thermowell wake freq. calculations, UPS sizing, transformer sizing, cable tray sizing, cable sizing.

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards is necessary. You should have knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification.

Instrument selection expertise is required, including all types of field instruments. Exposure to selection of instruments and systems for hazardous areas is desirable.
