Interior Design Director

We are seeking a passionate Interior Design Director with 8–10 years of experience to lead interior initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to strategic projects.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that are innovative, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.

  • Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
  • Lead & inspire a team of talented designers
  • Collaborate with vendors and marketing teams
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders - Collaborate with clients & translate their vision
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards
  • Set new benchmarks in design innovation

What We're Looking For:

  • 8–10 years of experience in interior design/architecture
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Strong portfolio across corporate & residential projects leadership + project management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring and leading design teams
  • Proficiency in design tools (Auto CAD, SketchUp, etc.)
