Corporate Interior Project Coordinator

You are the key liaison between clients and project delivery teams, ensuring successful projects. As a project manager, you will oversee corporate interior fit-out projects from design to construction stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project budgets, monitor changes/variations, and ensure projects meet client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
- Coordinate teamwork among project stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration with client SMEs and keeping them updated on project status.
- Manage the performance of the design and project management/site delivery team in delegated responsibilities.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors throughout project completion.
- Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction as a project management professional.
- Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
- Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of individual trades relevant to interior fit-outs.
- Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
- Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital initiatives.
- Able to work under pressure without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
