Sr Mern Tech Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Mern Tech Expert with strong expertise to lead our tech projects.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, as well as a solid background in managing and troubleshooting production environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and support scripts/tools.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and knowledge sharing.
  • Closely collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for seamless deployment and support.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with production support, monitoring tools, and incident management.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
