Lead Software Engineering Position

We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to work on the development, testing, and deployment of real-time embedded software for traffic surveillance avionics products.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing software for embedded devices and systems from creation to production and deployment.
  • He or she will also test and debug system software, and participate in the requirements, design, development, and testing of embedded software.
  • This position requires experience working in real-time operating systems, trouble-shooting embedded systems, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Math, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in C, C++, and object-oriented software design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems.
  • Test and debug system software.
  • Participate in the development and testing of embedded software.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience with embedded C, C++ programming languages.
  • Experience working in real-time operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
