You will also need to review loan-to-value ratios, detect potential fraud, and approve or decline loans based on thorough evaluations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, at least 2 years of experience in Pre-underwriting, Loan Processing, Mortgage Underwriting, or Post Close Underwriting in Australian Mortgage, USA & UK mortgage domain, and a strong understanding of Australia, USA, or UK lending regulations.
