Job Description

This Pan-India lead position focuses on the underwriting of anchors (mid-to-large corporates) for the supply chain finance vertical. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in credit assessment, specifically in mid-to-large corporate underwriting. They should also possess skills in creating parameterized products programs for anchors and structuring customized supply chain solutions for large corporates.

  • Assessment and approval of new anchor programs and renewals of existing anchor programs in coordination with the supply chain business and credit team.
  • Regular monitoring of accounts in overdue and feedback from anchors to ensure the health of the portfolio.
  • End-to-end implementation of supply chain programs by interacting with various stakeholders for integration and compliance.

The successful applicant will be responsible for training and handholding SCF sales teams in specific zones on various aspects of the products, implementation, documentation, and disbursal.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in credit underwriting of mid-to-large corporates, specifically in the supply chain vertical.
  • Knowledge of supply chain finance and working capital finance.
  • Familiarity with factoring as a product and Treds/similar platforms for online invoice discounting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment involving multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with each one of them.
