Job Title: Credit Card Fraud Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Card Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the fraud detection and prevention team, you will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and resolving complex fraud cases related to credit card transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and analyze fraud cases to identify patterns and trends.
  • Review transaction details, customer claims, and supporting documentation to validate disputes and identify fraudulent activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case resolution.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide detailed and accurate documentation of case outcomes and escalate complex or high-risk issues to the team lead or manager.


Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, or computer science.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in fraud management, dispute resolution, or related operational roles within the payments or banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, card schemes (preferably Mastercard), and fraud detection methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
