Job Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in implementing and managing marketing activities to promote Comfort Castors' brand and products. This role involves coordinating with the digital marketing agency, preparing marketing reports, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Executive who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to manage the monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution of digital campaigns.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, catalogs, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data from campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Event & Exhibition Support

  • Support the planning and execution of participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring a strong brand presence.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and booth setup for marketing events, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare comprehensive marketing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior management, highlighting key metrics and successes.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and ROI metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sectors.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and a creative mindset.
