Job Description

As a Manager in our Global Business Tax Team, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

  • Manage tax advisory engagements almost independently with minimal supervision
  • Deliver tax opinions/short notes/email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Responsible for tax compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings
  • Manage tax assessment/litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums
  • Train assistant and deputy managers and executives for their professional development and create a stronger bench
  • Deliver clients with tax technology assets through licensing and/or internal managed services
  • SPOC responsibilities for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Internal client codes management from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections
  • Business development including identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines/business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements
