Job Overview

We seek a talented and skilled Interior Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in preparing conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement innovative design solutions for various projects.
  2. Analyze user requirements and participate in research, conceptual development, and design creation.
  3. Present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning through free-hand sketches.
  4. Collaborate with other disciplines within the team.
  5. Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, and specifications for architecture interior design while maintaining graphical standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in interior design with good technical competency.
  • Excellent knowledge of software such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Additional software knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Textures and material product selections.
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
  • Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
  • Material sample boards.
Soft Skills
  • Enthusiastic, inventive, and imaginative bent of mind with positive work ethics and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for architectural interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command in English Language.
