We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional with strong hands-on experience in managing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.

About the Role
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Achieve high standards of user license management, focusing on M365 Business Premium upgrades and efficient deployment strategies.
    • Prioritize security across all organization laptops through Microsoft Defender for Business implementation and continuous monitoring.
  • User Access Management & Device Control
    • Implement strict policies ensuring only authorized organization laptops can access M365 accounts.
    • Configure workflows for exceptional personal device access while maintaining robust security protocols.
    • Develop and enforce comprehensive MFA, session control, and device compliance rules.
  • Secure Collaboration
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of OneDrive and SharePoint for secure document collaboration.
    • Block external sharing by default to prevent sensitive data leaks and maintain organizational confidentiality.
    • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for secure file sharing.
  • Teams Configuration Expertise
    • Create and maintain the Organization Chart within Teams Admin Center for streamlined communication and resource allocation.
    • Add and manage custom applications in the Teams navigation pane for enhanced functionality and user experience.
  • Email Security & Governance
    • Implement and manage Exchange Online Protection for safeguarded email services.
    • Continuously monitor security alerts and respond promptly to potential security threats.
  • Security Deployment & Compliance
    • Lead the deployment of Microsoft Defender via Intune, incorporating antivirus, EDR, and malware simulation capabilities.
    • Configure robust device security policies (passwords, encryption, BitLocker, USB restrictions, Windows Update) for added protection.
    • Execute pilot rollouts, assess compliance, and scale the deployment organization-wide.
    • Enforce Conditional Access to block unauthorized access from non-compliant devices.
    • Enable logging and continuously monitor access/file sharing via the M365 Security Center and Intune.
  • Documentation & Compliance Management
    • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, policies, and licenses for transparency and accountability.
    • Ensure seamless compliance with internal IT governance and security standards.
