Assignment Support Specialist

Tackle expense management with expertise and ensure seamless pre-payroll activities. This role involves comprehensive assessment of timesheets and expenses, meticulous reviews, and collaboration with sales/contractors for corrections and timely approvals.

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include thorough review of timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists. You will also verify receipts, communicate with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies, manage payroll-related queries, and process emails in shared inboxes within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct exhaustive reviews of timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific guidelines.
  • Verify receipts and ensure final amounts tally accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies.
  • Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing detailed overviews.
  • Process emails in shared inboxes within stipulated deadlines.
  • Organize expense sheets and receipts according to filing conventions required by Payroll teams and obtain approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Adhere to the payroll schedule to ensure no delays in payments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
