Artificial Intelligence Engineer Job Description

Overview of the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end AI applications, from concept to working MVPs.
  • Experiment with various approaches, frameworks, and models.
  • Deploy products quickly and gather feedback from real users.
  • Iterate rapidly and scale successful projects to production level.
  • Collaborate directly with our founder on product direction and technical strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.
  • Experience building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to try new ideas, break things, and learn quickly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and changing directions based on data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.
