Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Global IT Team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.

As a key member of our team, you will configure and integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM ECC, including OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules. You will also document configurations and business processes, handhold users in uploading data and configuring MDF objects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Configure and integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM ECC, including OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Handhold users in uploading data and configuring MDF objects
Mandatory Skills:
  • Implementation or support experience in at least 2-3 of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of integrations within SuccessFactors and with SAP and other third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll (India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
Soft Skills:
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver work packages assigned
