Job Title: Sales and Account Manager

Orcapod, a leading talent supply chain company in India, is growing rapidly. We specialize in technology staffing and recruitment services, partnering with top enterprises to address their human capital challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.

  • Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Cross-sell Orcapod's HR & staffing solutions.
  • Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory)
  • Strong track record in sales & account management.
  • Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
