Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, with experience in overseeing end-to-end delivery of chatbot or AI-driven projects. This individual will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, managing the development team, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Strategy:
    • Lead the technical execution and delivery of AI-powered solutions using frontend (React, AngularJS) and backend (Node.js, Python, PHP) technologies.
    • Define the technical roadmap, design architecture, and make critical decisions for the development and deployment of chatbots and conversational AI systems.
    • Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring seamless communication between the frontend, backend, and AI services.
    • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams in both frontend and backend technologies.
    • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of all deployed solutions.
  • Project Delivery:
    • Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring that milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and clients' expectations are exceeded.
    • Work closely with the project management team to provide clear technical timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Act as the final point of escalation for technical challenges in the project delivery process, and facilitate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of developers working across frontend (React, AngularJS) and backend (Node.js, PHP, Python) stacks, ensuring clear technical direction and collaboration.
    • Foster a collaborative environment for engineers to innovate and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
    • Conduct regular technical reviews, code quality assessments, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards and development methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring that their technical requirements are met and that the project vision is properly realized.
    • Translate client business requirements into technical specifications and lead the team in implementing the solution.
    • Present technical updates, risk assessments, and project statuses to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of overall experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in leading technical delivery teams.
    • Proven experience in leading technical delivery of AI-driven solutions.
    • Solid hands-on experience with both frontend (React, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP).
    • Strong experience with API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
  • Salary:
  • Estimated annual salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 depending on experience.
