Job Title: SAP Data Archiving Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of SAP Data Archiving Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data archiving systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in server administration, divestment, software management, SAP data archiving, reporting responsibilities, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Manage authorization on file servers and troubleshoot issues related to authorization.
  • Data Transfer: Extract and transfer archived data to buyers, create quality documentation on maintenance activities.
  • Application Configuration: Install and configure Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications, troubleshoot issues related to these applications.
  • Infrastructure Management: Activate and deactivate archive infrastructures, run catchup archiving and sweeper tasks.
  • Collaboration: Attend Agile ceremonies, update work items in ADO board and team OneNote.
  • Incident Management: Assess and handle incidents and tickets, collaborate with other technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Deliverables: Deliver incident and problem management solutions within SLAs during PI periods.
  • SAP Maintenance: Deliver successful and error-free SAP maintenance activities during PI periods.
  • ADO User Stories: Complete assigned ADO user stories prioritized by the Product Owner during PI periods.
  • Documentation: Deliver high-quality documentation using team's OneNote for lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, and new configurations.
Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in data archiving and management is required.
