We are seeking a seasoned project professional to spearhead software development initiatives and drive successful delivery from conception to deployment.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership. The role involves end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables, facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies, serving as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, establishing and maintaining project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications, driving process improvements and implementing best practices for development workflows, managing resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams, and coordinating release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management

Required technical skills include:

  • Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Git and version control systems
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Agile project management frameworks
  • Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
  • Project tracking and reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and databases

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
  • Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role
  • Experience with enterprise software development and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools
  • Experience with remote/distributed team management
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics
