Job Title: SAP Integration Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP PI/PO, CPI, and other integration products.

This role involves providing expert-level support for complex integration landscapes, managing customer inquiries, and translating business requirements into technical IT solutions.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, utilizing various technologies such as ALE-IDocs, EDI, RFC, XI, HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File/FTP, SOAP, Mail, REST, JMS, and others.

A key aspect of this role is leveraging technical, functional, and architectural expertise to implement Lookups (RFC, SOAP, JDBC) in UDF or standard functions, and demonstrating proficiency in ccBPM (cross-component Business Process Management) and RWB (Runtime Workbench).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: SAP PI/PO, CPI, Java, WS-RM, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), NWA (NetWeaver Administrator), iFlow, NW BRM (NetWeaver Business Rules Management), BPM (Business Process Management)
  • Integration Experience: Integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using various technologies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills for clear and effective client interaction
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and as part of a team
Education and Experience:
  • Experience: At least three years of previous experience in a similar role with proven experience using SAP PI, SAP PO, or SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field is desirable
