ICA Specialist

Job Role: ICA Specialist

• Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with PLC, RTU, and SCADA systems.
• Piping and Instrumentation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of P&ID, General Arrangement drawings, and layout drawings.
• Instrumentation Experience: Hands-on experience with instruments such as flow meters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, analysers, actuators, PRV, FCV, and electrical panel integration.
• Task Execution Ability: Ability to interpret work plans and execute tasks efficiently according to site requirements.
• Cable Laying Skills: Experience in cable laying with necessary accessories in trenches and trays. Proficiency in understanding cable schedules and routing drawings, as well as performing glanding, termination, and loop/Input-Output testing in the field.
• Instrument Configuration Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and commissioning flow and pressure data loggers and other instrumentation equipment.
• Site Coordination Duties: Responsible for providing site clearances to sub-contractors and in-house teams as per the plan. Organize all necessary facilities for sub-contractors, stakeholders, and in-house execution teams to ensure project targets are met, including installation and commissioning activities.
• Team Leadership Responsibilities: Responsible for site team coordination, consultant/client coordination related to ICA activities, and planning and execution of all works.
• Safety Protocol Implementation: Implement and manage safety protocols to ensure zero injury results. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job and implement corrective actions and maintain quality standards to avoid rework and ensure project quality.
• Project Communication: Communicate project status updates to the reporting officer on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis. Assist the project management team in preparing required documents, reports, as-built drawings, and other necessary documentation.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology - Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Control Systems

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of industry experience
